I already subscribe to a Crafts 4 Eternity plan, how do I change to a different one?
You can change to a different plan at anytime. First cancel your existing plan using the unsubscribe option in your members area. Then subscribe to your new plan. We will process your cancellation & new subscription in the usual way & credit or refund accordingly.
I just subscribed how do I access the members areas?
Crafts 4 Eternity subscriptions are not automated, each subscription is manually processed,this can take up to 24hrs. Once processed you will receive an email with everything you need to access your subscription members area.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes you can cancel anytime. Within each of the subscription members areas is a link to cancel. Alternatively you can cancel through your own Paypal account. Each cancellation is processed manually. You will receive an email confirming your cancellation & subscription end date. Please see our terms & conditions regarding refunds.
I have subscribed to Page Kit Club/Club & Hub Combo, when will I receive my first kit?
Once your subscription has been processed you will receive an email confirming the expected months you will receive your first 2 kits. Kits are allocated up to 2 months prior to release, if all the kits have been allocated you will be added to the next available allocation, we will pause your payments untill we have kits available. We will notify you of this in the confirmation email.
How do I speak to a live tutor and are they really real?
All workshop pages have a live tutor chat pop up which links directly to the class tutor. Live chats are available throughout most of the week. You can also contact us via email and Facebook. Yes it is a real person on the other end of the chat!
